Character Spec: atm my mainraid spec is muti, but it higly depends on encounter too( for example: combat is far more better for anub, muti on saurfang). can play both specs, and got nice gear for it too. Can repsec anytime when guild needs it. -20/51/0 || 51/18/2

What makes this guild right for you: I havent got enough health to join guilds like bloodreign or converge, but still i want to raid with serious players. Second reason is great raid times. I can be at all of your raids,
Describe your playstyle in terms of raiding: I am just doing my job. I am trying to pull as much dps as i can but sometimes the fight is not about dps. It is easy to find player with over 9/10 k dps ; >, but it is hard to find player who can pull this dps losing little health without overagro. also i always help raid members in all encounter(. Rogue with his nice dps can still be useful in other situations, like beast togc 25, or festergut in icc when tanks have to switch realy fast., and rogue can help them with tricks of the trade. I think I am good player. I always got best enchants/gems/food/flask. I know all builds assa/combat/sub, can playing in all of them, and got gear for all of tham like full arp set for combat, and ap/hast for muti ( all with hit/exp/crit caps ofc.). Know all loot systems like dkp, loot council so its np. I am not loot whore at all too : ). If somene needs item more and it is also better for guild i am ofc passing, Like ensidia said: loot is not reward, it should be your tool to clear new encounters.
What is most important when raiding: Teamwork, teamwork, teamowork, sense of humor also, preperation, punctuality (personally when the raid starts at 20, i am logging at 19 coz of queues etc.)
